How do I place an order with you?

Yes, we work together with NOTYD for this, you can choose this option when completing your business order. This option is available for our customers from the Netherlands, Belgium and Austria. If you choose this option, you will receive the invoice from NOTYD.

No, you do not need to create an account to use NOTYD as a payment method.
Why was my NOTYD order not approved?
NOTYD runs a fraud and credit check on every purchase. If the requested business information is submitted incorrectly or the credit limit is exceeded, we may not be able to identify the buyer and reject the order attempt. To prevent this, we recommend that you use your full name and business email address when placing the order and avoid nicknames or abbreviations.
Does my order qualify for intra-community delivery?
The intra-community transaction rule applies to business customers with a valid VAT number from countries within the European Union (except the Netherlands). During the ordering process, you can enter your VAT number, and the VAT will then be automatically excluded.
Does my order qualify for export delivery?
Export delivery applies to all non-EU countries, and VAT will not be calculated on these orders.

What is the delivery time?
Orders placed and paid on weekdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. Delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 day. Please check ''Shipping and payment options'' for delivery times to other countries.

Yes, you can arrange to pick up your order by appointment.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, for an additional fee, you can have your order shipped with DHL Express. Please contact us to arrange this.

Yes, all countries within the European Union have a 14-day reflection period, starting from the receipt of your order.

The return costs within the Netherlands are 6.50 euros. For other European Union countries, the return costs are approximately the same as the shipping costs.
