About BTmarkt

BTmarkt was established on 02-09-2013. The business started by buying in bulk from inventories, overstock and bankruptcies. These products are then offered to consumers and businesses via our webshop. BTmarkt has a vast array of hardware installation and DIY goods.

Terms and conditions.

Prices

All prices include value-added-tax. A delivery fee will be charged by each order placed by you. The contents of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any printing errors.

Assortment

Our assortment changes constantly depending on our sales and purchases. Sometimes our products are sold out.
BTmarkt offers new and used products therefore by every product the condition is specified.
For example: new in box (product is in original box with instuctions for use and were applicable extra parts),
New ( unused product without original package).
Used ( secondhand/used product in good working order).
Also the origin of the product is stated for example bankruptcy or overstock.
Other relevant  information for example damaged, scratches missing parts can be found by comments.  

Package and postage

All our orders are sent with POSTNL.
POSTNL deliver the day after receiving the package at there service point, in Nederland and Belgie (from Mondag to Saturday)

Postage costs

The postage costs in Nederland are € 6,50 for orders onder € 75,00. Orders above € 75,00 will be delivered free of charge in Nederland.
Postage costs for Belgium and Germany are € 8,40 euro per order.
Postage costs for other European countries can be found during the ordering process.

Returns and refunds.

Cancelations

You can make a cancelation until your order leaves our depot. Cancelation can be done by phone or by filling in the contact form. Please remember to have your order number handy or include it when using the contact form.

Garantie

BTmarkt is not in the position to give guarantees on purchase articles. However, if a item is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s supposed to do you can return it within 14 days.

Returns

By law, you are as comsumer, allowed a full refund within 14 days of purchase. For a refund fill in our return form. You receive then an email from us with a link were you can download a label to stick on your parcel  bring this to one of the POSTNL service points and the parcel will be  returned to us.
Your account will be credited with 3 working days after we received the returned package.
